Casa Tinku provides web design, branding, and related digital services for home service businesses. Service details, pricing, and timelines are provided in our proposals and invoices.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

 

3. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

  • Fees: All fees are clearly outlined in our proposals. A minimum deposit of 50% is required to start a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

  • Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. In the case of service cancellations by the client, additional charges may apply based on work completed.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers via secure third-party payment processors.

 

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Timely Feedback: To ensure project timelines are met, clients must provide feedback and required information promptly.

  • Content: Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content they provide for their websites.

  • Ownership: You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content submitted to Casa Tinku.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, clients gain ownership of the final website and branding assets. Casa Tinku retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Third-Party Assets: Use of third-party assets (fonts, images, etc.) may be subject to additional licensing terms.

 

6. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

  • Client-Initiated: You may cancel services at any time; however, non-refundable fees apply as stated.

  • Casa Tinku-Initiated: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms or fail to make payments. In such cases, you will be responsible for fees covering work completed up to the termination date.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa Tinku is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

 

8. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

  • No Guarantees: While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results (such as increased traffic or sales).

  • Third-Party Services: Casa Tinku may recommend or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

 

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

We agree to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without consent, except as required by law.

 

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
